Job title: Workplace Coordinator (Contract)
Duration: 6 Months
Location & Schedule: This position requires working in our San Francisco office 5 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Visitor Experience Management: Serve as the first point of contact for guests, working with security to track, greet, and welcome visitors. Escort and direct vendor contractors to ensure compliance with company policies.
Logistics Coordination: Manage deliveries and mail including Amazon packages, office supplies, staff and priority mail, shipping requests, and tracking delivery requests and returns.
Calendar Oversight: Ensure proper notification of service needs or planned visits that may overlap with office holidays or sensitive events.
