Concern Housing . Concern Housing is seeking a Program Director responsible for all aspects of the CR-SRO Program development and operations, as well as compliance with state and federal regulations. Duties and Responsibilities
Supervision of staff including Service Coordinators, Counselors, and others, along with staff scheduling. On-site supervision of cooks, administrative assistants, and maintenance staff. Weekly individual and group supervisory meetings. Perform periodic evaluations, and participate in hiring and dismissals. Manage intake procedures, including screening and reporting to SPA. Ensure compliance with NYSOMH and SPA procedures. Maintain program occupancy rates. Ensure compliance with LIHTC and AHP regulations, including eligibility and certifications. Coordinate with Property Management on site maintenance and safety, and with the accounting department. Provide Crisis Intervention services, including 24/7 availability. Coordinate coverage during staff turnover. Collaborate with other housing providers and community outreach efforts. Assist staff and clients with entitlement income issues. Stay current with all compliance documents and trainings. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations. Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000. Position Requirements
Masters Degree in Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field. Minimum of five years experience in a residential setting with similar populations. Minimum of three years supervisory experience or training.
