high-impact litigation

involving managed care, reimbursement disputes, medical staffing, hospital operations, and malpractice matters. You'll contribute to a collaborative national team trusted by major healthcare systems Key Responsibilities Draft a wide range of litigation documents, including complaints, pretrial motions, briefs, discovery requests, and memoranda Assist in deposition preparation and participate in fact development and witness strategy Work closely with healthcare clients on matters involving reimbursement disputes, provider network issues, staffing challenges, and compliance-related claims Contribute to litigation strategy and case development in partnership with senior attorneys Support the growth of a nationally integrated practice with a focus on team collaboration and knowledge sharing Qualifications J.D. and active admission to the

Tennessee Bar Minimum of

two years

of complex litigation experience in a law firm setting (judicial clerkship experience not required) Proven writing skills with substantial experience drafting motion practice and litigation work product Strong interest in healthcare litigation and an ability to understand complex regulatory and operational matters affecting hospitals and healthcare providers Must be based in

Nashville or Chattanooga , with the ability to work in-office
