Head of Originations , you will lead and scale a high-performing team of Loan Advisors, driving origination growth and operational excellence across our real estate lending products. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO, with the opportunity to shape the future of investor-focused lending in a fast-paced Fintech environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Loan Advisors to exceed origination targets across multiple loan products (fix-and-flip, rental, bridge) Design and implement scalable sales processes aligned with our tech-forward, data-driven approach Establish and monitor KPIs to drive performance and accountability Leverage technology tools to optimize productivity and streamline workflows Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and results Production Oversight Oversee the origination of high-quality loans while ensuring adherence to underwriting and credit standards Maintain visibility into the full sales pipeline and deal lifecycle Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve conversion rates and customer experience Represent the company within the real estate investment community Build and nurture relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate professionals Promote lending products through webinars, events, and digital channels Team Development Recruit, onboard, and train top-tier sales talent Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management Create a collaborative and high-energy team environment Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with marketing, credit, operations, and product teams to align on strategy and execution Deliver insights to executive leadership and advocate for resources to support growth Compliance & Communication Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards Communicate product updates, process changes, and strategic initiatives across the sales team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally in lending, Fintech, or real estate finance Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams Strong understanding of real estate investment lending products Proficiency with CRM systems and data analytics tools Excellent communication, networking, and digital engagement skills Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings, conferences, and client visits Seniority level
