Purpose and Job Summary: ORIX Corporation USA is seeking an Associate Director (Data Manager) to join the Enterprise Data Solutions team. This team is responsible for leading Data Management & Business Intelligence efforts for its NXT Capital affiliate. The ideal candidate will have experience in data management, project management, and subject matter expertise in finance and capital markets. The role focuses on partnering with business functions to design data solutions that help ORIX and NXT stay competitive in a rapidly changing environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and improve data utilization. Collaborate with business functions to understand data drivers and document requirements that enhance analytics capabilities. Work with the NXT Data Analytics team to design solutions that meet business requirements. Oversee data delivery, organize business testing, and validate data results, supporting the data professionals' team. Support report and query delivery initiatives by being hands-on with SQL. Perform data mining and write SQL queries to identify data issues during implementation. Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Travel Requirements - 10%. Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technology field from an accredited university. 10+ years of experience in developing performance analytics, with data quality experience a plus. 3+ years of program management experience with a record of driving performance improvements. Minimum Requirements: Strong experience in leading multiple business owners toward achieving enterprise goals. Deep knowledge of data management tools, principles, and processes. Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills to meet deadlines. Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly. Strong quantitative, analytical, and mathematical skills. Leadership ability to manage projects while being hands-on when necessary. Annual base salary gross: $165,000 - $185,000 (IL only). The salary range is an estimate; actual salaries depend on qualifications and skills.
