A full–time IAM Engineer II position is available immediately in the companys office in Dedham, Massachusetts, reporting to the CEO.

The IAM Engineer II will have the following responsibilities:

1) Design and develop customized ForgeRock and Ping Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems to address diverse business scenarios and processes, strengthening information security and protecting client resources from unauthorized access; 2) Test cloud security products and optimize structures to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience; 3) Utilize knowledge in computer systems engineering and database technologies to configure and tailor ForgeRock components to align with clients unique requirements, while seamlessly integrating ForgeRock solutions with various applications and systems such as SMS, web–based one–time passwords, and mobile authenticator applications, ensuring a smooth and secure authentication and authorization process; 4) Enhance and maintain existing security products, including IAM solutions and web applications, across various cloud platforms; 5) Implement automation scripts for ForgeRock Directory Services installation, mitigating the risk of manual errors for the DevOps team and elevating automation to a higher standard; 6) Perform on–call duties to monitor alerts within the client's IAM system, including AM, IDM and DS components, ensuring timely detection and resolution of any potential security issues or access anomalies; 7) Conduct research on specific technologies and tools in the information security domain to identify opportunities for enhancing the company's IAM solutions; 8) Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including code, algorithms, interfaces, and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for security projects; 9) Communicate with clients to gather and understand system requirements, and provide Security Architecture consultation, including the selection, design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IAM solutions; 10) Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for information security projects, offering recommendations on design concepts within cost and time constraints; and, 11) Provide technical support to clients for the use of IAM security systems, investigate and resolve complex technical issues, and address client concerns related to system security.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM A minimum of six (6) months of employment or internship experience in supporting enterprise–level information security projects.

Required experience must include the following:

1) A minimum of six (6) months of employment or internship experience in supporting enterprise–level IAM projects; 2) A minimum of six (6) months of employment or internship experience in working with the ForgeRock product suite, including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, and OpenIG; 3) A minimum of six (6) months of employment or internship experience in programming with Java, JavaScript, and shell scripting (e.g., Bash, PowerShell); 4) A minimum of six (6) months of employment or internship experience in maintaining and debugging IAM product; 5) A minimum of six (6) months of employment or internship experience in utilizing database technologies; 6) A minimum of six (6) months of employment or internship experience in working in an Agile environment for software development. Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field

Required knowledge must include the following:

1) Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field level of knowledge in network structures and cloud computing; 2) Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field level of knowledge in program structure, algorithms, and object–oriented design; 3) Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field level of knowledge in data management and database design; and, 4) Masters Degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related field level of knowledge in user experience design.
