I am currently working with a leading middle-market private equity firm that is looking to hire a

Private Equity Associate

with a focus on the

industrials

sector. This is a great opportunity for a driven investment professional to join a high-performing team and take on meaningful responsibility across the deal lifecycle. The firm is looking for someone who will: Support the evaluation and execution of new investments, particularly in industrials Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and return analysis Drive due diligence processes and coordinate with advisors and management teams Develop investment committee materials and contribute to decision-making Work closely with portfolio companies to support growth and operational initiatives Assist in sourcing and screening new opportunities in the industrials space Ideal candidates will have: 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting Strong technical skills and a solid foundation in financial analysis and modeling Exposure to or a strong interest in the industrials sector Excellent communication and project management skills A bachelor's degree from a top university in finance, business, economics, or related field Seniority level
