What You Will Do

Process Development & Optimization: Develop new manufacturing process (NPI) for microelectronics assemblies. Collaborate with engineering on Design for Manufacturing. (DfM) For existing products, identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and yield in microelectronics packaging. Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Quality Assurance: Ensure all packaging processes meet stringent quality standards and customer specifications. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation. Project Management: Manage projects from new product introductions through the full lifecycle. Initiate process improvements and equipment upgrades as required to meet program and capacity needs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and objectives are met. Collaborate with customers on new product development aligned with company capabilities and support existing products with technical expertise. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain a safe working environment. Equipment and Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of clean room equipment. Ensure the clean room environment is maintained according to required cleanliness levels.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

2 years minimum of experience with microelectronics packaging This role is not eligible for US Visa Sponsorship

What Will Put You Ahead

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field. Experience: Typically requires 5-10 years of experience in clean room management or microelectronics packaging, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in clean room protocols and microelectronics packaging processes.

For this role, we anticipate paying $110,000 - $150,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
