Description POSITION SUMMARY As a TTC Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will work at the heart of decision-making — partnering directly with senior business leaders across our global brands to drive growth, optimise performance, and support TTC’s transformation journey. You will play a critical role in delivering insight, challenging the status quo, and turning data into strategic action that improves profitability, ROI, and customer impact. This is a high-impact role within a dynamic, PE-backed organisation undergoing ambitious change. Requirements KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Partnering & Strategic Insight: · Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyse business and customer data, provide financial insights, and shape strategic and tactical plans that enhance performance. Performance Management: · Lead on tracking commercial KPIs, measuring marketing effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization. Budgeting & Forecasting: · Actively participate in the annual budget cycle and rolling reforecast processes, providing challenge, analysis, and scenario planning to optimise resource allocation. Marketing & ROI Analysis: · Assess marketing and advertising spend effectiveness, model scenarios, and recommend reallocation or new initiatives to improve return on investment. Transformation & Continuous Improvement: · Support transformation initiatives, challenge legacy ways of working, and drive data-led decision making across trade and direct-to-consumer channels. You’ll be a trusted voice around the table, bringing commercial acumen, data fluency, and strategic thinking to TTC’s evolving business landscape. YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTIS E Experience & Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. · Proven background in FP&A or commercial finance, ideally in fast-paced, multi-brand or digital-first environments · Experience working across marketing, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer, and/or marketplace models · Track record of shaping business strategy and delivering measurable performance improvement · Experience leading end-to-end financial support for commercial product/service initiatives, including strategic planning, business case development, financial viability assessment, successful deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring · International experience and comfort working across different markets and business models · Exposure to the travel, hospitality, or leisure sectors a plus · Experience navigating change and transformation environments Key Skills · Strong financial modelling and analytical capability · Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills · Commercial curiosity and strategic problem-solving · Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-makers · High adaptability and resilience in evolving, fast-paced settings TRAVEL & OTHER REQUIREMENT · Travel: To be discussed Salary:
