About The Role

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Revenue Operations & Strategy Manager to join our Territory Operations function. In this role, you’ll be involved with end-to-end design, execution, and governance of global territory models that support our go-to-market strategy.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine analytical thinking and operational rigor.

What You Will Do

Territory Design & Management. Design, implement, and maintain sales territories in alignment with market opportunity, rep capacity, and GTM strategy Territory Management. Own the ongoing maintenance and governance around territories (i.e., resolving territory-related escalations and acting as the primary point of contact for frontline reps, managers, and Sales leadership) Process Improvement & Automation. Drive process improvement and systems automations across territory workflows using Salesforce and other GTM tools (i.e., Census, Snowflake, Zoominfo, Cognism, Clay) Data Governance & Reporting. Maintain data quality across the CRM and deliver territory-related reports and dashboards to Sales and RevOps stakeholders. KPI Reporting. Monitor KPIs such as rep coverage ratios, account penetration, and whitespace to identify gaps and opportunities.

What You Will Need

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Systems, GTM Systems, Territory Operations, or related Revenue Operations functions in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment Strong analytical and systems skills; particularly in Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, and SQL Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Familiarity with territory design, capacity planning, quota setting, and sales org design

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

The pay range for this role is:
