Position Overview : The Reading Service Manager plays a vital role in collaborating with stakeholders across the commercial team, teleservice providers, and hospitals to acquire, launch, and oversee reading service accounts. Success in this role depends on delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with key partners. This position also involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with external telehealth organizations. Additionally, the Manager will contribute to department operations, including program development, daily workflows, and strategic initiatives. What you'll do: Integrate with sales teams to support their sales process and drive adoption of reading service Partners with sales teams to launch Reading Services at new and existing customer sites Oversees implementation of new sites and drives adoption of service post launch in collaboration with cross functional team members Develop and manage a forecasted pipeline for new account launches Telehealth Group Relations and Strategy Strategically engage initiatives to further expand telehealth group relationships Integrate and coordinate with reading service external partners on account acquisition and implementation Process Optimization and Operational Excellence Demonstrate strong project management skills required to support new service expansions and launches Collaborate with commercial team and partners on implementation of reading service programs Supports other departmental and program operational components including day-to-day operations, provider onboarding, scheduling, reporting, business development, and other related activities. Adds to a positive work culture and teamwork environment for all What We're Looking For: Bachelors' degree in business or health administration, or related field 7 yrs of experience healthcare strategy, operations or physician services Experience with Telehealth service delivery models in acute care settings Understanding of sales cycles in complex sales environments Solid understanding of operations management, and demonstrated expert in building relationships Excellent Communicator, Relationship Builder, Creative & Effective Problem Solver, highly organized and ability to prioritize strategically Program planning and implementation skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
