Our IPO and SPAC Advisory practice provides transaction perspectives, insights, and advice to IPO and private capital issuers, as well as SPAC targets, during capital markets transactions. As a Manager, you will advise clients on navigating transformational transactions, from preparing for public markets to interacting with key service providers. Responsibilities include developing equity stories, transaction models, underwriting strategies, valuation, and transaction management. Your Key Responsibilities

Advising clients on strategic financing and transaction management Preparing and delivering presentations and analyses Researching precedent transactions Supporting companies in achieving capital markets transactions Skills and Attributes for Success

Advising on strategic transaction alternatives Providing independent advice to C-suite executives Supervising and mentoring team members Contributing to business development and team initiatives Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets at a major investment bank Series 7/79 and Series 63 licenses in good standing Experience evaluating and executing financing transactions Strong networking and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel and work flexible hours What We Look For
