Job Responsibilities

Prepare and manage configuration control documents in collaboration with Systems Engineers ensuring all documents are clear and accurate Managing help desk ticketing process. Maintain documentation library and ensure timely revisions as needed Collect process details from systems engineers through one-on-one and group meetings. Compile documentation and coordinate review and refinement. Participate in weekly coordination calls with hosting service providers. Maintain project planning and tracking project in Jira. Assist Systems Engineers in planning and executing major deployment and maintenance projects.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in technical field (computer science, engineering, etc.) or business degree with concentration or experience in technology. Associates Degree in relevant area with additional experience will be considered. 3+ years of relevant experience. Demonstrated organization and coordination skills to include tracking and managing routine and unplanned tasks. Demonstrated administrative skills and experience with business software including MS Excel. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interpret technical information and translate to plain English. Basic, but solid understanding of computer and networking technologies. Experience will MS Project or experience with project support tools such as Jira and Confluence are desirable, not required. Ideal candidate would have project management experience and looking to pursue PMP. Ideal candidate would have experience with databases such as MS Access and/or SQL server and be able to write intermediate SQL queries.
