The Director of Procurement & Sourcing Transformation is a strategic leader responsible for driving the modernization and continuous improvement of procurement and sourcing functions. Reporting directly to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO), this role will lead enterprise-wide procurement and sourcing transformation initiatives that enhance efficiency, increase value delivery, and foster a high-performance, agile procurement culture. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in procurement, strategic sourcing, digital transformation, and change management, along with a track record of aligning procurement strategies with enterprise goals. The Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of procurement, driving operational efficiency, and enhancing the organization's competitive advantage. We seek a self-motivated, high-energy individual dedicated to advancing the vision of the Global Procurement organization. Prior experience in Studio, Media, or Sourcing environments is required. Responsibilities

Support the execution of a multi-year transformation roadmap to elevate procurement and sourcing functions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry best practices. Foster an agile mindset by integrating methodologies such as OKRs, Agile Sourcing, and the Speed of Trust to accelerate impact. Lead change management efforts to embed a high-performance culture, ensuring adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners, facilitating communication and collaboration. Act as a liaison to align sourcing strategies with business needs and drive problem-solving initiatives. Drive adoption of advanced analytics, AI, and digital procurement platforms for real-time insights, smarter sourcing, and predictive risk management. Use KPIs to measure and improve procurement performance. Encourage a mindset shift among business leaders to foster collaboration and partnership within sourcing functions. Serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing processes, supplier management, and category strategy. Lead meetings, develop materials, and promote transparency and trust. Streamline procurement workflows using automation, AI, and digital tools to optimize spend management and operational efficiencies. Promote governance of procurement policies, regulatory compliance, and supplier risk management to align with industry standards. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred. 10+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role driving transformation. Proven expertise in procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, supplier management, and category management. Strong understanding of Agile, OKRs, and digital procurement tools (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP, AI-driven sourcing). Exceptional leadership skills, experience in organizational change, and fostering innovation. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability. Experience in stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to create engaging reports and monitor KPIs. Experience in Media/Entertainment or Technology industries is preferred. Familiarity with sourcing categories is a plus. Self-starter capable of independent work and proactive sourcing identification. Interest in movies, television, entertainment, media, and content creation is a plus. The estimated base salary ranges from $162,400 to $203,000, potentially including incentives and benefits.
