This strategic leadership role is pivotal in ensuring that AI initiatives are developed and deployed with the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and in compliance with relevant regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic program management of AI governance, including the establishment of KPIs, preparation of comprehensive reports, and continuous evaluation of AI governance frameworks. They will also oversee the operations of the Responsible AI program, manage the AI Review Board, and lead a dedicated team of compliance professionals and data scientists. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and familiarity with the healthcare regulatory environment, and the ideal candidate will have a background in computer science, data science, engineering, ethics, law, or a related field. Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in AI, data science, technology governance, compliance, or a related area.
