About the Role The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Oncology Early Clinical Development with a focus on Hematology. The successful candidate will be a physician leader with a strong background in early-phase oncology clinical development and a passion for shaping translational strategies for innovative hematology therapies. This role is pivotal in driving the successful translation of therapies from preclinical research to clinical development, particularly in the areas of tumor-cell targeting and next-generation immuno-oncology agents. The Executive Director will be responsible for leading a team to design and execute early-phase studies, ensuring alignment with target medicine profiles, and enhancing collaboration between clinical development and preclinical teams.
