Description
We are seeking an experienced engineer to develop automation and tooling to improve the Apple Home Ecosystem. Responsibilities include: designing and executing test cases for new Apple Home features, developing automated tests using XCTest, and managing CI/CD lab infrastructure. The role involves collaboration with development and QE teams across different sites and timezones. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 3+ years of programming experience in Python or C/C++ for developing tools and automation frameworks. 3+ years of experience in quality assurance for consumer-facing products, features, or services. Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of leading quality or automation efforts for end-to-end products or features. Expertise in tools and techniques for analyzing and benchmarking operating systems, applications, and algorithms. Experience with Swift/Objective-C or XCTest. Knowledge of AI/ML and audio/video testing. At Apple, base pay ranges from $134,800 to $245,800, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
