In this role, you will have oversight and autonomy as a member of the site leadership team, driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with the companys business strategies. You will provide hands-on HR business partner support to the local Senior Leadership team, along with program and engineering teams in a manufacturing environment. This position manages a team of HR professionals responsible for the people, culture, and business continuity of the Marine Systems business. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead HR activities for the Marine Systems business by partnering with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies. Serve as HR business partner to program and engineering leaders and employees. Lead a team of HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing operations. Facilitate organizational design and workforce planning. Ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs. Coach and mentor the HR team in all aspects of HR management. Manage employee relations to foster a positive work environment. Collaborate with Textron Systems HR Centers of Excellence for comprehensive solutions. Ensure compliance with Textron policies and all applicable laws and regulations. Partner with leaders to make data-driven business decisions. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications - External Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or related field. 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or relevant manufacturing HR experience. 3+ years of leadership experience. Strong influencing and consulting skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong planning skills and ability to handle ambiguity. Comfort with higher management interactions. Ability to manage competing priorities. Team player willing to support the team as needed. Primary Location:
