Position Summary: Responsible for editorial oversight and approval of highlights and all video elements. Manages daily assignments and schedules for the highlight/content production team. Will lead daily content meetings, recommend, and approve highlight concepts and executions.
Major Responsibilities: Schedules assignments and coverage for highlight/content production team Oversees nightly highlight production and content operations QC all content including internal and external in-bound content and associated shot sheets Develop content ideas and elements to enhance highlight production Trains, evaluates, and provides oversight for highlights, telestration tapes and segment concepts from production staff Assists with the curation of shot sheets, telestration tapes and b-rolls as needed Works with Broadcast and Business Operations teams to ensure staffing and resource coverage Qualifications: Demonstrated leadership experience including managing teams and schedules Attention to detail under tight deadlines High level of knowledge of sports production, specifically highlight production Deep knowledge of NBA storylines, current and historical Ability to communicate quickly and efficiently Willingness to work evenings Salary Range:
