The Role:
Research potential partners and assess opportunities for collaboration.
Lead contract negotiations to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners.
Work with internal teams to align partnership strategies with business goals.
Track partnership success and optimize strategies for better outcomes.
Understand industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.
Leverage partnerships to enhance profitability and market presence.
Essentials:
Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business goals.
Expertise in structuring and closing partnership agreements.
Strong verbal and written skills to engage partners effectively.
Ability to inspire teams and work cross-functionally.
Problem-solving and adaptability skills.
Understanding partner needs and fostering trust.
Building connections that enhance business opportunities.
Experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for tracking partnership performance.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or PMP methodologies.
Awareness of contract law and regulatory requirements.
Bonus skills:
Experience within the insurance industry or similar sectors; eagerness to learn about our industry is valued.
