Inside Customer Engagement Representative
Job Purpose:
The Inside Customer Engagement Representative delivers exceptional service through inbound and outbound communication, supporting order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring efficient communication and documentation.

Inside Customer Engagement Representative
Job Purpose:
The Inside Customer Engagement Representative delivers exceptional service through inbound and outbound communication, supporting order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role is essential in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring efficient communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls regarding orders, pricing, and delivery issues.
- Conduct outbound call campaigns to follow up on orders and promote seasonal products.
- Process and organize product documentation (e.g., BOLs, packing slips).
- Use CRM systems (including EC), inventory/order platforms, Pepper, and AI tools to manage workflows and customer interactions.
- Monitor activity on company websites (e.g., EFC Markets) and maintain CRM updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stay informed on contracts, billing, and key accounts (e.g., Imlers, Maplevale, Reel Fish, NEO Cold Storage).
- Support seasonal programs such as Clambakes and communicate product availability clearly to customers.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly communicative.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Tech-savvy and open to continuous improvement.
