Job Description Reporting to the US Head of Integration and Transformation, the Program Manager is a key position within US operations. This person supports strategic and transformational initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities include project approach and plan development, project tracking, issue & risk management, team communications, meeting facilitation, and reporting. The Program Manager will develop strong relationships across functions within the US and global levels, engaging with key business executives and stakeholders, and preparing governance information for reviews. The role involves liaising with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Projects, IT, Compliance, and HR to enhance business growth and operational performance. Occasional travel may be required. Tasks & Key Responsibilities Support delivery of M&A Integration and strategic Business Transformation initiatives to ensure high standards. Support cross-functional teams engaged in initiatives. Develop project management tools and resources, including plans and tracking tools. Create project-specific documentation such as rollout plans, training materials, and leadership updates. Collaborate with departments to ensure project requirements are met. Ensure project deliverables are on time, within scope, and within budget. Contribute to the strategy and vision of client service transformation. Support team members involved in the transformation agenda. Integrate multiple business information sets (finance, IT, HR, etc.). Assist with client requests and issue escalations. Identify areas for operational improvement. Qualifications Must Have 5+ years of experience in project or program management. Experience working across borders and cultures. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including at executive levels. Strong relationship-building abilities. Detail-oriented with multitasking skills. Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to remain composed under pressure. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Preferred Experience in Financial Services or Private Equity. Leading strategic projects, especially integrations or transformations. Knowledge of Visual Basic and Excel macros. Master’s Degree. Location preference: Dallas / Fort Worth, TX area. Key Competencies Customer focus, internal and external. Effective communication.
