This position involves coordinating operations support for AMC flying squadrons, specifically focusing on non-flying duties to support aircrew members. Key Responsibilities Programmatic oversight: Managing all aspects of assigned projects, with an emphasis on customer relationships, cost, schedule, and technical planning. Operational support functions: Providing support in areas like scheduling, training, Stan/Eval (standardizations and evaluations), administrative tasks, and EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) coordination. Team Leadership: Leading a team to effectively meet program needs. Problem Resolution: Identifying, tracking, and resolving program issues. Risk Management: Developing mitigation strategies for potential risks and adapting to emerging risks. Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining regular communication with customers/clients and management regarding program status and potential issues.
