Le Coucou has proudly maintained its Michelin star for six consecutive years by honoring tradition while embracing evolution. We now seek a deeply experienced, technically masterful Executive Sous Chef to join our team —someone who thrives on excellence, leads by example, and embodies a deep respect for French culinary heritage.
This position offers a comprehensive package including:
- A base salary range of $90,000 - $100,000

Qualifications:
- Driven towards consistency and service excellence with a high determination and attention to detail
- Energetic and enthusiastic with strong communication and organizational skills
- Effective at managing, motivating, and mentoring a diverse staff
- A true appreciation and understanding of French cuisine techniques
- Prior experience working in a Michelin Star-rated kitchen is desired
- 3-6 years of experience as a Sr. Sous Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine
