Chef Dominique Crenn, the trailblazing force behind Atelier Crenn and a global icon in culinary innovation, is bringing her boundary-pushing culinary artistry to Los Angeles. Poised to be one of the most anticipated openings of 2025, this new concept will redefine fine dining in LA through innovation, elegance, and hospitality at the highest level. We are building an extraordinary team to launch this landmark project—and are seeking disciplined, passionate Chef de Parties to help bring it to life.

As Chef de Partie, you will be entrusted with executing dishes to the highest possible standards—helping to bring Chef Crenn’s vision to the plate with technical precision, creativity, and respect. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an elite culinary brigade from day one.

Position Summary:
The Chef de Partie is responsible for the consistent, high-level execution of a designated station in the kitchen. You will work closely with the Sous Chefs and Executive Chef to ensure every element meets the exacting standards of timing, technique, and presentation that define our restaurant. This role requires focus, discipline, and a hunger to learn at the highest level of fine dining.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute mise en place, prep, and service for your assigned station with speed, accuracy, and care
  • Ensure every dish leaving your station meets exact plating and flavor specifications
  • Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations and company policy
  • Collaborate closely with other cooks, sous chefs, and the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and open communication
  • Maintain a constant awareness of kitchen flow, timing, and guest pacing
  • Participate in daily kitchen meetings, tastings, and post-service reviews
  • Uphold and model our core values of respect, hospitality, creativity, and excellence
  • Be a brand ambassador, embodying elegance, finesse and innovation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a fine dining or Michelin-level kitchen
  • Mastery of basic culinary techniques, knife skills, and station organization
  • High attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and composed under pressure
  • Passion for hospitality and commitment to guest experience through your craft
  • Familiarity with seasonal ingredients and a curiosity for flavor, technique, and learning
  • Available nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
