Job Description Your Career Palo Alto Networks has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Program Management, within our finance, accounting, and operations organization. This group supports the CFO organization, handling financial data, infrastructure, automation, and solutions that empower our business lines. Your efforts will impact the transformation and success of a leading cybersecurity company. You’ll collaborate on complex business, financial, and technology challenges, requiring a blend of business insight, understanding of financial processes and systems, project management skills, and influence. You will lead initiatives across finance, accounting, and operations, partnering with subject matter experts and leaders. The role is an individual contributor reporting to the Head of CFO Program Ops, requiring proactive, confident, and solution-oriented candidates with broad finance experience, capable of representing finance in various initiatives and supporting quote-to-cash and go-to-market projects. Your Impact Drive change across the CFO organization, wearing multiple hats to achieve results Assess current processes and design future state business processes for operational efficiencies Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information, test hypotheses, articulate problems, mobilize teams, implement solutions, and ensure accountability Break down large projects into executable plans Develop roadmaps, project plans, success criteria, change strategies, and communication plans, and conduct post-implementation reviews Create deliverables for executive decision-making Manage RAID items and adhere to transformation milestones Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in tech, combining consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Big 4) and industry in PMO roles Extensive project management experience, including system implementations and transformations Strong skills in Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Python, Google Apps Script, and SDLC methodology Experience with JIRA, Asana, SAP, SFDC, HighRadius, and quote-to-cash processes Excellent communication skills Additional Information The Team Our organization is passionate about cybersecurity and numbers. Compensation Disclosure Salary ranges from $190,000 to $236,500 annually, depending on qualifications and location, potentially including stock and bonuses.
