About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product journey — from vision to launch — with a strong focus on delivering business value, meaningful features, and outstanding customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in cross-functional environments, has a strong customer-centric mindset, and excels at turning complex ideas into impactful product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Set the Vision: Define product vision, positioning, and long-term strategy. Customer Understanding: Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market assessments to deeply understand user needs. Product Roadmap: Plan, design, and continuously evolve the product roadmap. Feature Prioritization: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and user value. Requirement Translation: Bridge the gap between business and technical teams by translating requirements effectively in both directions. Metrics & Success: Define and track key success metrics and KPIs. Design Sprints: Lead design sprints and clearly articulate product requirements to design and development teams. Production Management: Create and manage production schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines and deliverables. Market Monitoring: Stay ahead of industry trends through competitive analysis and market research. Team Empowerment: Foster a shared product vision across teams, enabling decentralized and confident decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with geographically dispersed teams across product, engineering, marketing, and sales. Industry Engagement: Represent the product at tradeshows, conferences, and customer events through demos and presentations. OTA Integrations & Certifications: Manage and support product integrations and certifications with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), ensuring alignment with third-party requirements and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, computer science, engineering or related field. Masters preferred. 5+ years product management experience, especially in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Central Reservation Systems (CRS) or Channel Managers, is a strong plus. Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering products that meet customer and user needs. Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, Jira for requirements gathering and project tracking. Familiarity with creating UX wireframes or collaborating closely with UX/UI designers. Strong diplomacy and excellent communication skills — verbal and written – with the ability to present and communicate in front of leadership, customers, and board members. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration and leadership skills. Comfortable working onsite in-office most of the time. Travel up to 25%.

Licensing Requirement: Must be willing to complete all license applications, background checks, security checks and/or any other documentation and provide copies of any identification documents required by any State, Federal or Tribal governmental agency in order to maintain compliance with their laws and to successfully perform in the role.
