They must be proficient in re-imaging, reconfiguring, and repairing standard workstations (laptops and desktops). They are also required to troubleshoot, reconfigure, and repair network connections, including ethernet & fiber optics cables, wall ports, switch ports, onsite switch & router configuration, and port-level security corrections. Qualifications
