Job Description Reporting to the Program Manager, Specialty MBA Programs and Curricular Initiatives, the Senior Program Coordinator supports the administration of the MBA Center to ensure effective communication, operations, and services. This role is the primary contact for students, faculty, and staff visiting or contacting the MBA Center. Responsibilities include general office support, handling inquiries via walk-in, phone, and email, as well as program-specific support for the Health Sector Management, Social Impact, and MSDT programs, including database management, communications, and event planning. The position requires strong management skills for hiring and training student employees and collaboration with the MBA Center team to support additional student services initiatives and programs.

Required Skills

Associate's degree required; B.A./B.S. preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Qualtrics, Salesforce is beneficial but not required.

Strong customer service, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and a collaborative work approach.

One to three years of administrative support experience in a professional setting required. Management experience is a plus.

This position is 40 hours per week, with occasional evenings and weekends. After probation, eligible for up to 2 remote days per week with supervisor approval.
