About the Team: The Terrestrial Software team is building the foundation for an automated rocket factory and integrated launch platform. Their mission is to automate and streamline workflows across the entire lifecycle of Terran R, from raw material intake to launch operations and eventually manufacturing on Mars. Currently, they partner with design, materials, manufacturing, and testing teams to design, implement, and deploy enterprise-wide applications, industrial automation, data analytics infrastructure, and AI solutions to solve real problems and accelerate progress. Long-term, the team aims to create a modular, scalable software platform for highly autonomous operations on Earth and beyond. This team is for builders and thinkers who thrive on cross-functional impact and want to shape the digital backbone of our future in space. About the Role: Develop project plans and milestone deliverables for Industrial Automation programs. Coordinate with hardware and operations teams to understand needs and dependencies. Review team and sprint metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities. Manage software schedules and align them with overall program needs. Communicate successes, challenges, and risks to leadership. About You: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field and 3+ years of experience in software development. 2+ years of project management experience. Ability to coordinate complex systems involving hardware and software. Experience with project management tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar. Experience with Atlassian tool suite. Nice to haves: 5+ years of project management experience. Experience with software development in C, C++, Python, or similar. Experience resolving blockers or finding workarounds for critical issues. Experience building schedules; prior work on launch vehicles or spacecraft. Experience in startup or agile environments. Relativity Space is committed to transparency and fairness in compensation.
