As a Sr. Program Manager in the Amazon Music Marketing & Growth Tech team, you will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, design, content producers and artist/label relation teams to deliver customer obsessed engineering solutions with efficient use of resources and technologies. You will assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, make tradeoffs, balance the needs of the business. You will be the face to leadership to demonstrate progress and surface risks early. Key job responsibilities Lead end-to-end program management for strategic marketing and growth initiatives
Drive initiatives and product development that aligns with business objectives and customer needs
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
Present progress updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
Champion process improvements and operational efficiency
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, engineering, marketing, design, and content teams
Mentor junior employees and build effective teams
Basic Qualifications 5+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
Master's degree

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
