Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master to provide servant-leadership and mentorship to multiple cross-functional agile teams. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing two teams simultaneously, working with individuals of varying agile maturity, adapting to any technology stack, and demonstrating strong influential skills. Some early morning work may be required. This role involves guiding teams through Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP), fostering self-organization, collaboration, and continuous improvement while maintaining transparency and stakeholder visibility.

Primary Responsibilities:

Apply a broad range of agile practices such as user stories, retrospectives, story mapping, ATDD, TDD, continuous integration, pairing, and information radiators to develop high-performing teams. Promote a continuous improvement culture through transparency, collaboration, and retrospectives. Develop and curate coaching content for agile practices at the team level. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and problem-solving sessions. Enable teams to maintain transparency in their workflows using information radiators. Remove impediments beyond team authority and coordinate with other teams as needed. Partner with Agile Leaders to optimize Agile application across the organization. Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters. Facilitate individual and team learning opportunities (e.g., communities of practice, conferences, training). Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards, identifying issues for escalation when necessary. Maintain compliance with internal control standards and address audit/regulatory findings. Promote diversity and uphold the company brand. Perform other related duties as assigned. Scope of Responsibilities:

Serve as a servant-leader and coach for two or more Agile teams. Influence and guide team behaviors toward self-organization, quality delivery, and continuous improvement. Work cross-functionally to ensure effective delivery and organizational agility. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

No direct management responsibilities; operates through influence, accountability, and ownership in an agile environment. Education and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years as a member of an agile team, including 2+ years as a Scrum Master; or In lieu of a degree, 8 years combined higher education/work experience, including 4 years as a member of an agile team and 2+ years as a Scrum Master. Expertise in advanced facilitation, team mentoring, and conflict resolution. Strong emotional intelligence and empathy. Experience coordinating multiple teams and maintaining a delivery focus. Education and Experience Preferred:

Knowledge in at least two technology team roles (e.g., project manager, UX, business analyst, developer, tester, deployment). Experience fostering self-organization and continuous improvement. Solid understanding of Agile and Lean principles and practices. Experience developing or managing digital capabilities. Familiarity with Design Thinking principles. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to lead through influence.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
