Job Description
Lead all phases of high-end custom home projects from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and consultants to ensure schedules and budgets are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and designers throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain detailed project documentation including budgets, schedules, RFIs, and change orders. Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain workflow and client satisfaction. Ensure all work complies with quality standards, local building codes, and safety requirements. The Successful Applicant
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in luxury residential construction. Proven track record managing custom homes valued up to $10M. Strong knowledge of local permitting processes, high-end finishes, and construction techniques. Excellent organizational and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Proficient in construction management software and project scheduling tools. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of leading complex projects independently. What's on Offer
