Nexxen seeks a Senior Product Manager experienced in managing complex, AI-powered product features within our SSP. You will drive innovation by identifying high-impact problems where AI/ML can enhance revenue, efficiency, and automation. You will lead the full AI product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, data science, and business teams to develop scalable, impactful AI capabilities. This role is based in Bellevue, with a hybrid schedule (three days in-office, the rest remote). Responsibilities include:

Understanding business and customer needs to define scalable AI solutions Prioritizing AI/ML features for yield optimization, traffic prediction, fraud detection Collaborating with engineering and data science teams on feasibility and impact Defining requirements, success metrics, and milestones for AI features Operationalizing models with A/B testing, retraining pipelines, feedback loops Identifying long-term AI opportunities to differentiate our SSP Ensuring AI models are explainable, ethical, and aligned with needs Communicating technical concepts to stakeholders Partnering with data engineering and DevOps for data quality and deployment Qualifications:

5+ years in technical product management, with AI/ML focus Experience with ad tech, SSPs, RTB, programmatic media Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle Experience working with data science/ML teams in Agile environments Bachelor’s in CS, Engineering, or related; advanced degree a plus Knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost) and data platforms (Snowflake, Spark, Airflow) Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders Bonus:

Experience with AI features like traffic forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendations Familiarity with real-time data pipelines and MLOps Understanding of ethical/regulatory AI considerations We value diverse backgrounds and potential.
