Atlanta Master Chorale seeks an accomplished and visionary executive director to lead and manage the organization in achieving its mission and vision. The executive director will be responsible for collaborating closely to establish and implement strategic initiatives, producing inspirational musical and outreach programs, ensuring financial stability, and representing the chorale to patrons, professional organizations, and the public. This role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for choral music and the ability to cultivate relationships within the community and the arts sector. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in arts administration, Music, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience in a leadership role within a nonprofit arts organization, with a focus on choral or music programs. Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and fiscal management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including donors, community partners, and volunteers. Passion for choral music and a commitment to advancing the mission of the Atlanta Master Chorale.
