Who We Need On Our Team.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful Community Manager to join our global Brand & Marketing team. The Community Manager will join Petlibro at a pivotal moment in our company's growth, helping to engage and foster our online community of passionate pet owners. We're seeking someone who will bring hands-on, social-first experience to our team, and will inspire new ways to entice and support our digital audience.
What You'll Do.
Collaborate with the Social Media Director to develop and implement impactful engagement strategies that resonate with Petlibro's brand voice and objectives. Make our audience feel heard by responding to comments and customer inquiries across owned and paid social channels. Support our influencer marketing programs by engaging with their content featuring our products. Facilitate an open line of conversation between our customers and our Customer Support team. Help to gauge customer perception through brand engagement and provide recommendations for improvements for Marketing, Customer Support, Growth and Partnerships teams. Contribute to brand reporting around social analytics and audience sentiment.

You love animals, and possibly have one or more pets of your own! You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You're a creative-minded person who can find insights from our audience to influence our content & influencer strategy. You want to be part of a team that's pioneering a new era of pet tech (and everything that comes with that challenge). You will thrive in a remote position.
Our
Requirements
3+ years in a social media role, with prior community management and/or customer support experience a must. You’ve had a hand in building engaged digital communities and have experience using Dash Hudson, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn and Pinterest. You have a strong knowledge of social content and engagement best practices. Fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand or agency experience is an advantage. Remote work with West Coast (PST) candidates preferred.

At Designlibro, we believe in transparent and equitable compensation. The base salary range for this position is
$65,000 to $105,000 USD per year . Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, skills, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
This role may also be eligible for additional compensation, such as performance-based bonuses and company benefits, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
