Job Description
A client in the transportation industry is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead an enterprise-wide technology rollout for a transportation company serving over 1,300 customers across 600 locations. This role will focus on implementing telematics solutions across the fleet, managing integrations, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Lead the planning and execution of a large-scale telematics rollout across multiple locations
Manage project schedules, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation strategies
Serve as the liaison between internal teams and third-party vendors
Oversee hardware/software integration and operational reporting
Identify and escalate project risks, ensuring timely resolution
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technical or enterprise environments with telematics systems
Experience in the implementation of IoT or fleet management systems
Experience managing integrations across multiple business verticals
Proven success in enterprise-wide rollouts involving numerous stakeholders
Familiarity with hardware/software components and operational reporting Background in transportation
Experience working with Adaptive software and other PM tools null
