Job Title: Product Launch Marketing Specialist Reporting To: SVP, Demand Generation Location: In-office at Boston, MA HQ - Hybrid schedule Job Summary: PTC seeks a dynamic Product Launch Marketing Specialist to lead our global product launch efforts. This role involves overseeing our product launch programs, aiming to establish a biannual launch cadence. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute product launch programs in collaboration with marketing and product teams. Design demand generation strategies for each launch to highlight new features and capabilities. Lead campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget and meeting performance goals. Coordinate with PR and AR teams for product communication during launches. Support global events, including content and presentations for key launch events in EMEA and US. Prepare campaigns for partner marketing teams to leverage with channel partners. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Manage programs by aligning with marketing and growth teams. Ensure product and marketing teams provide necessary information for successful launches. Collaborate with sales, product, and cross-functional teams to align strategies. Monitor market trends, opportunities, and competition in different regions. Report on marketing activities, performance, and ROI to senior management. Qualifications:

At least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with success in demand generation and product marketing. Fluent in English. Strong project and program management skills. Preferred Experience:

Experience in PLM and CAD sectors, with enterprise B2B background. Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Customer-centric product launch understanding.
