Experience with CalTrans preferred. Experience managing mass excavation, underground utilities, paving, and site concrete projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with HCSS (HeavyBid Software), Agtek, and Primavera P6 preferred. 4-year degree in a relevant field. Negotiated project experience and technical writing skills preferred.
