Leading a team to provide an excellent shopping experience for customers. Managing daily shop floor activities and coordinating behind-the-scenes operations. Designing an inviting layout that connects customers with our cause. Achieving financial targets and training staff and volunteers. Representing the British Red Cross professionally and embodying our values. To succeed as a Shop Manager, you should have:
Retail supervisory experience, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in organizational and cash handling duties. Strong management skills to develop and motivate your team. An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work towards targets and use your initiative. Good IT skills and familiarity with PC operations. A genuine passion for the British Red Cross mission and the ability to promote the shop within your community. The closing date for applications is 23:59 on Wednesday, 20th August 2025.
