Job Description Your primary responsibility as Director of Sales is to generate new sales for Publicis Sapient’s services that meet the post-launch needs of our Digital Customers, including Digital ASM, Digital Run, and Digital Operations. You will achieve this by collaborating with existing account teams, acquiring new clients, and building a global sales team to drive pipeline and bookings across regions. Successful candidates will have a strong functional skill set, a proven track record of results, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success in building and leading sales teams for technology services, with a focus on expanding Digital Engineering and Cloud businesses. Experience in closing large multi-year ASM and Cloud Infra deals with Fortune-level companies, working with Hyperscalers and cloud platform providers, is highly desirable. Familiarity with working in a matrixed environment involving Industry and Regional sales teams is essential. Knowledge of DevOps and SRE is a plus. Qualifications

Relevant sales and business development experience in ASM and/or ADM services At least 2+ years in leadership roles managing sales quotas and teams Experience closing multi-year cloud technology and consulting deals with Fortune-level clients Strong consultative selling skills with a successful record of developing opportunities and closing sales Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and foster effective collaboration Experience mentoring sales personnel and developing their skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and deal negotiations Additional Information Pay Range: $150,000 - $220,000.
