In addition, our API-first architecture and developer tools enable financial institutions to optimize and expand upon their existing capabilities by seamlessly integrating custom-built or third-party solutions. Self-service configuration and marketing tools give financial institutions greater control of their branding, targeted messaging and overall user experience. And data-driven analytics and reporting tools provide valuable insights to help drive continued growth and profitability. From conversions and implementations to custom development and customer care, our clients get expert, end-to-end support at every step.
Key Responsibilities To Include
Platform Monitoring and Management: Actively monitor platform (compute/storage/database) performance metrics, identify potential issues, and lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve any disruptions quickly. Performance Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to improve platform efficiency, scalability, and reliability, including capacity planning and resource allocation. Incident Management: Lead the response to platform incidents, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and post-incident reviews. Team Leadership: Manage a team of platform operations specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, security, and business teams to align platform operations with overall business goals. Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for platform modernization and innovation. Documentation and Standards: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform operations, including standard operating procedures and best practices. Security and Compliance: Manage and maintain a best-in-class patch management program across all Candescent platform technologies. Ensure platform operations adhere to security protocols and industry compliance regulations.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Strong technical background in cloud computing, infrastructure management, and system administration. Experience managing complex technology platforms and large-scale operations. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve platform issues. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Understanding of ITIL or other operational frameworks. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Experience with: cloud monitoring tools, configuration management systems, container orchestration platforms, logging services, automation tools, security management solutions
