This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned attorney with 7-10 years of experience in providing advice and counsel to management-side clients, specifically in mid-to-large market businesses. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to navigate complex employment matters, offering practical, customer-service-oriented advice to employers in a collaborative, high-touch environment. The firm values a client-focused approach where providing top-tier legal counsel is balanced with outstanding client service. In this role, you will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to address workplace issues such as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and employee relations. Your insights will be essential in shaping proactive strategies for clients to mitigate risk and stay ahead of labor law challenges. Candidates should be adept in advising clients on workplace policies, compliance matters, and employee disputes. While a portable book of business is not required, the ability to bring in new clients or expand existing relationships will be viewed favorably. This firm operates with a high level of client interaction and values team players who take initiative and work well with colleagues to support clients’ needs. The compensation package includes a competitive base salary of $170K–$200K, along with a quarterly bonus, and a percentage of originations if applicable.
