Senior Project Manager (SPM)

to lead custom home design/build and commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. As a key member of the project management team, you’ll be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional outcomes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client service. Key Responsibilities: Project Ownership Take full ownership of project outcomes—responsible for scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client satisfaction from preconstruction through closeout. Lead the development and execution of estimates, schedules, GMPs, and contract documents with accuracy and clarity. Negotiate and execute contracts and scopes of work with owners, subcontractors, and vendors; ensure alignment with project goals. Drive financial performance through proactive cost management, forecasting, change order oversight, and timely billing. Ensure full team alignment by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, and expectations across all phases of the project. Anticipate risks, identify long-lead items, and implement proactive solutions to maintain project momentum. Team & Field Collaboration Partner closely with field supervision to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and efficient workflows. Foster accountability and visibility across the project team; maintain regular, effective communication. Handle multiple projects concurrently at various stages and locations. Client Service & Business Development Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. Represent Reed at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions. Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales team on RFP strategies and pursuit efforts. Identify repeat business and new opportunities through outstanding project execution. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum

8+ years

of project management experience in

custom residential and commercial

construction. Proven ability to lead complex, high-end residential and commercial projects with strong financial outcomes. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and client presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to anticipate challenges and drive solutions. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive. Proficient in
