or
Development/Production Lead
to support an upcoming high-profile launch. This is a fully onsite role based in Los Angeles and an excellent opportunity for a senior-level professional with a strong background in import production,
elevated RTW (think Luxury)
and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities: Oversee the development and production lifecycle across contemporary and elevated RTW categories Manage daily communication and relationships with overseas (primarily China) vendors Source fabrics, trims, and factories in alignment with quality and cost goals Create and manage seasonal production calendars, WIPs, and internal timelines Collaborate with design and technical teams on fit, specs, and sample approvals Ensure on-time delivery, quality control, and margin targets are met Issue POs, negotiate with factories, and troubleshoot production issues Optimize workflow processes and improve internal cross-functional systems Operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in fashion production and product development Background in contemporary, elevated RTW, or streetwear Strong knowledge of garment construction and technical design Excellent communication, organization, and vendor management skills High taste level and alignment with creative direction Comfortable in a startup or fast-moving environment Open to candidates with a varied background if the experience is deep and relevant To Apply: Please email your resume to zhuse@24seveninc.com.
