Title: Customer Service Representative (Req:9713) Location: Houston, TX 77058 (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Contract (possibility of extension) Schedule: 8 am-5 pm Responsibilities:

Follow processes in place that have been established for the portion of the Customer service team. Work alongside teammates and process purchase orders from customers and other Kuraray entities in other countries. ttention to detail to enter the purchase order from the sales order request provided to them. Expected to read the order and prepare the shipment for the current order/pallets/ shipment procedure. Completely manage these orders and keep key personnel informed of each order's status. The position will involve data entry and transactional workload that could fluctuate daily, so they must have great organizational skills. Expected to enter orders and help back up the team. There will be a sense of urgency to this information. Qualifications/Must-Haves:

SAP experience and be able to work with Microsoft Office systems. Background knowledge of the inventory process. Experience with distribution, detailed order entry, and shipping. Candidate is expected to have customer service skills, be organized, be able to multitask, and be people-oriented. Possesses great communication skills, as they will be communicating with all levels of colleagues and multiple departments within our company. Moderate domestic order knowledge, including Inco Terms, and experience with the overall concept of the exporting process. Knowledge of overall shipping, distribution, and supply chain. In addition, we would prefer this person to be able to contribute in a corporate setting. #TB_EN
