Seeking an associate veterinarian to join a busy caseload at a successful, historic small animal practice.

As a new veterinarian stepping in for a departing associate, you will have an eager client base. You can hit the ground running! We are a busy 4-doctor practice that remains locally owned and operated. Many clients have been with us for generations, fostering a small-town, family-friendly vibe. Mentorship is available from three experienced colleagues if desired, and the caseload can be adjusted to suit any applicant. We will also have a new grad joining us in 2026, offering mentorship opportunities. Our team loves our practice, and it shows in our delivery of services. We offer ultrasound, soft tissue surgeries, orthopedics, dentistry, ophthalmology, rehabilitation/pain management, wellness care, geriatrics, and more. If you have a special interest, we will work with you to incorporate it into our practice. Our modern, fully remodeled 8,000+ sq ft facility includes 7 exam rooms, two surgical tables in a sterile surgery suite, dental stations, an ultrasound/diagnostics room, digital radiography, surgical packs, therapy lasers, and ample kenneling. We have received awards from our community and BBB, maintain a Net Promoter Score above 97, a 100% Facebook rating, and a 4.6 Google rating. The cost of living is low, and the pay is competitive. WHAT DO WE OFFER?
$150,000 - $175,000 total compensation plus signing/retention bonus. Pro-Sal (production-based) and salary options available. 35–40-hour work week (full-time preferred, part-time considered). Full benefits including 401(k) with matching, health insurance stipend, life, vision, and dental insurance options. CE and uniform allowances. Three weeks of vacation annually.
