About the Position The company is seeking a

Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

to lead and oversee complex heavy civil and underground utility projects in the Denver area. This is a high-impact role for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of infrastructure construction, a passion for field work, and the ability to manage projects from concept through completion. You’ll play a key role in shaping the company's operations, reputation, and growth. Key Responsibilities: Lead heavy civil and underground utility projects from planning to completion

Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, and project documentation

Coordinate daily with field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers

Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity

Serve as primary point of contact for municipal and private clients

Ensure accountability across both self-perform and subcontracted work

Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (required)

Minimum

5 years

of project management experience in heavy civil and underground utility construction

8+ years

of experience preferred for Senior PM role

In-depth knowledge of heavy highway, municipal infrastructure, and utility installation

Strong organizational and leadership skills with a bias toward action

Ability to work independently and thrive in a small, high-accountability team

Excellent communication skills with field and client-facing presence

Benefits

$130,000+ , with potential to exceed

$160,000 , DOE
