At Legendary CalRep, you’ll work alongside passionate, accountable people who push for excellence and support each other through every challenge You’ll Be Responsible For: Coaching and leading a high-performing sales team Driving monthly sales goals and long-term revenue strategy Partnering with marketing to align on promotions and lead generation Building lasting relationships with homeowners, builders, and architects Tracking metrics and keeping everyone focused on growth What Makes You a Fit: Expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Customer Acquisition 5+ years leading sales teams Strong business acumen and ability to forecast growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to analyze market trends and data to drive strategy Experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus Confidence in client relationships and strategic thinking A leadership style rooted in accountability, consistency, and grit Why Join Us?
