Affordability is a barrier to Prime adoption in locales with high income disparities. We've already begun addressing this challenge through tiered Prime offerings. Rural areas present another significant growth opportunity, where customers face barriers such as lower income, lack of connectivity and slower Amazon delivery speeds. Further, as Prime continues to expand, we must be able to identify the next high-value customer cohort and innovate on behalf of customers to serve their unique access needs. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible to drive innovation through constructs that bring every customer to Prime. In this role you must reimagine how Prime reaches and serves diverse customer segments globally through developing frameworks to better understand non-Prime customers, identify opportunities and develop Prime-centric strategies for these customer. You must also establish a clear evaluation framework and process to define when a new tier or alternative construct is the next best action in a given local. Finally, you will continuously evaluate and expand lower tiers and new constructs, developing and executing experiment roadmaps, auditing the tiering funnel and success output metrics (incremental members, incremental profitability) and sharing best practices across locales. The right candidate brings product vision and deep analytical expertise, with the ability to influence and collaborate at the highest levels of the organization. You can bring structure to ambiguity and uncertainty and have experience leading complex, customer-focused initiatives that require sophisticated product solutions and/or cross-organizational alignment. You are passionate about creating experiences that delight customers while enabling products that can scale globally. Key job responsibilities • Lead cross-functional teams to build the business case, experiment and launch lower tiers of Prime globally. • Establish frameworks, mechanisms and tools to better understand the impact of lower tiers, measure success and continue to evolve our proposition. • Present strategies and results directly to senior leadership, including regular VP reviews. • Develop frameworks to understand non-Prime customers and identify new construct opportunities. • Present new construct proposals to expand the reach of Prime globally to senior leadership (VP/SVP level) accross multiple organizations. • Build and maintain healthy relationships with partners and stakeholders in locations around the world. Drive new to Amazon and Prime member growth through lower tiers, continuosuly improving our value proposition, CX, and targetting capabilities. Basic Qualifications 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

Experience with end to end product delivery

Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

Experience as a product manager or owner

Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
